The staff at Blythewood Animal Hospital offers superb care for your pets. We have been consistently pleased with the care received both in emergencies and regular check-ups. They are friendly and give you the information you need regarding specific medical care for your pet. Dr. Hunter is our regular vet. He has always dealt with us in a professional manner and is great with our kids and our pets.
Love this clinic and staff. They are busy but that's b/c they take such great care of their patients. The prices are way better then other vet clinics in the area.
I also notice the staff picking fun at the people who call and complain about a phone call after hanging up. They are never very personable over the phone to anyone, and it seems as though they try to make you feel stupid. These people must really hate their jobs. I recently decided to have the same bad attitude over the phone because I could not take the poor customer service any longer.
The vets and staff at Blythewood Animal Hospital are the very best! They take great care of my dog and go out of their way to give great customer service. Any time I need to come in they are quick to give me an appointment. Thanks for taking care of my baby!
The vets here are very nice and pleasant. However, 80% of the office staff is very very rude. They are rude to both of my parents on the phone. I remember one time the receptionist phoned my father in order to get a payment over the phone and she was extremely rude to him. My father has cancer and was not feeling well that particular day, and I told the receptionist (Nancy) that prior to her dialing him. She belittled every single question he asked and had a general bad attitude.
I have been taking my 3 dogs here for the past few years. The women behind the desk are TERRIBLE. Rude, wouldn't answer any of my questions when I was dropping my dog of for surgery. EVERY appointment I have ever made I had to wait at least an hour in the waiting room and another hour in the back. The straw that broke the camels back was my most recent hour in the waiting room when I had to listen to the women behind the front desk making fun of every client that they got off the phone with. Should have gone to a new vet years ago
I will never ever return to this office even though Dr. Hunter is a great vet, and my beautiful cat loves him.
