1. Showed up 5 minutes before they closed to pick up a carry out order I’d placed and the door was locked already.
For takeout order. On hold twice for over 7 minutes. On 3rd call placed an order for 4 large pizza was placed. Was told total and order would be ready in 25 minutes. Went to pick up pizza- was never entered in system. Asked to speak to manager, was told by manager he could place the order but wait would be 20 minutes. Asked for general manager business card. Was told he couldnt give me any information on a general or district manager. Will NEVER visit this location again. At least they could have tried to make it right, but not a chance. Wished there was a Zero rating for this store!!
This place has seriously management issues. I watched the behavior of the preparation staff and they were loud, unfocused and very high school like. The manager was working silently next to them. The front end staff were lost and untrained. BUT... Somehow, all though late... The pizza was excellent. With all the other options in this competitive food segment.... I think I will try elsewhere next time.
Wish I could rate a zero. Ordered two pan pizzas. They were hand tossed on the crust part and that was burnt. The rest of the pizza was undercooked and doughy. Called to speak to manager about the problem, he was rude and told me there was nothing he could do about it. I will NEVER return. This place is awful from the food all the way to the employees.

3. The general lack of respect and unprofessional mismanagement of this restaurant makes me wonder how they’re still open.
Today was the second and last time I order a the Works XL pizza from Papa John's, restaurant # 4604 in Blytewood, SC.., both times i could count barely one piece of pepperoni in each slice, few pieces of Canadian bacon....i told the attendant about it and she looked like she was lost, she didn't know what to do...we just moved to SC and definitely, here at this store, they need to learn better customer service skills... and do a much better pizza than this. So sorry, but I will not recommend this store to anyone, nor do I will return there anymore.
2. The manager said about a customer calling in “it better not be the Tennessee number again or she’s getting cussed out.
