My Wife, Kids, and I stayed there after evacuating From Florida during Hurricane Irma, the staff was very cordial and friendly, the establishment can use a little renovation though. They serve breakfast and have a great variety of drinks and food choices. Overall our experience was good.
My husband and I both believe that this hotel has one of the nicest hotel to value ratio (if that’s a thing) of any hotel we’ve ever stayed. Super comfy and nice facilities. Will likely make this a regular stop.
Great location right off the highway. Plenty of amenities within walking distance, including a Dollar General, fast food, sit-down restaurant, and ice cream shoppe. Breakfast was good, the pool was a plus, and the service was great. We would definitely stay again.
The hotel staff is very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is a little old and out dated but still enjoyed the stay. We did have an issue with a cleaning person come in even though we had the do not disturb sign in the keycard slot. It was reported but never heard anything back from management. I am still giving them a 5 star but the cleaning person coming in needs to be addressed. Also the breakfast is mediocre at best. We ate it once and decided to eat breakfast out the rest of the days we were there.
Front desk was very curtious and efficient. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room had musty smell. Hotel needed a good cleaning in all public areas, fresh paint. Elevator was dirty, first floor back door was held open by a flip flop. Breakfast ran out of different foods. Will not stay at that property again
