Dr Barnett and the nurses are absolutely the best. Unfortunately, the staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The customer service is atrocious and makes it not worth seeing one of the best doctors in Columbia.

Poor Customer Service. Receptionist and staff do not follow up, poor don’t care attitudes, and will really piss u off with their responses to your inquiries.
The lady at the front desk is very rude and has no answers to any questions. Dr. Barnett is on vacation this week and my husband has been trying to get his medicine since Monday. All she keeps telling us is that we have to wait for him to get back to sign off on it. Dr. Young is in the office , so I asked the lady why couldn't he sign off on it, she said you have to talk to Dr young then made every excuse of why he couldn't come to the phone. This makes me very upset that my husband has been with his medicine he needs since Sunday night all because the lady has no answer's or won't even try to get it done. This used to be an awesome place when Mrs. Frances Miles and the other ladies were working there and answering phones.
