This place is awesome. The staff is very friendly and professional including the doctor. You won't regret having your dental needs taken care of by this office.
Great staff and professional. They take an interest in their patients. Dr. Mehrer is very transparent and honest. If there is one thing i can't stand is a healthcare provider that is pushy or condescending. He and his staff make it almost feel like family.
This is not a review of their actual services because they cancelled my appointment. I'm a busy teacher and cannot take phone calls during the day so I was unable to confirm my appointment by phone so they cancelled my appointment. If I make an appointment, I show up...no need to confirm. I will call you if I cannot make it. I know the world has changed, but this is still the way I and most people operate. I took off school two months ago for this appointment. I take my obligations seriously.
I can't say enough good things about this office! I really hate going to the dentist but everyone made me feel super comfortable. Stephanie did a great job cleaning my teeth. She was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Mehrer was great too. He was very nice and didn't try to push unnecessary procedures like other dentists have. The whole staff was very welcoming. When I called to make my appointment, Brittany was helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be a regular patient at Premier!
I had a dental emergency, this was the ONLY dentist who was willing to assist, and they took me on the same day. Extremely compassionate and professional team. They went above and beyond to take care of my situation. Dr Ryan Mehrer & Dee were quite amazing. As a team , you can all certainly be proud of the practice you run .Kudos!!!
